Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing times
1) All Orders are processed within 4-11 business days.
2) If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
1) Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
2) Shipping method: Pickrr.com
3) Shipment cost: 50 or Free (if mentioned by us)
4) Estimated delivery time: 8-12 business days
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Maden Couture is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages

Delivery Policy
Maden exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavour to deliver your order to an address in India, in accordance with your selected delivery option. Maden endeavours to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to deliver within 8 to 12 working days following confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.
Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details.
If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact Maden at +91 8585986795 or email us at couture.maden@gmail.com . In case the order was marked delivered and it did not reach you the issue needs to be raised within 24-48 hours of marked delivery date.
Prices and delivery charges
The prices displayed at maden.co.in include Goods and Services Tax (GST) or any other alternate indirect tax, but do not include a delivery charges. If the GST rate applicable on the date of the order is changed after the order has been made, the change will be reflected in the price of items without you being notified.
The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. Our standard delivery fee is Rs.50. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries.
